Horrible products! Horrible customer service .Specially Store manager MELISSA JANNES !!!!Horrible store management.Always run away never call back!!!They send me 4 time faulty and used sofa and still didn't recieve new one in 1.5 year. Be far away from this store .If u are lucky you get same product that u see in the store..Same like winning lottery.You feel they stealing your money and time . After every faulty product you need call customer service and wait 20 min and then they transfer u another people and then 20 min and then supervisor 30 min. Min you loose 1 hour . And then they ask you pictures. Your delivery team have the photos etc. Just they want u get tired and accept their faulty products.And rude and ugly conversation with customer service all the time.
